Reformas como la Ley Orgánica de Protección de la Seguridad Ciudadana, el nuevo Código Penal o la próxima Ley de Seguridad Nacional despiertan en España, al calor del desmantelamiento del Estado constitucional, la infausta tradición del punitivismo, empleado con preferencia contra la disidencia política.
Abstract
The current dismantling of the constitutional state in Spain includes legal reforms like the new penal code, the Law on the Protection of Citizenship’s Security and the soon-to-be enacted National Security Act. They exemplify Spain’s disgraceful punitive tradition of repressing political dissent.
