Este ensayo contiene una serie de reflexiones sobre la historiografía relativa al mundo del trabajo durante la dictadura de Franco. En primer lugar se refiere a su contexto sociocultural e historiográfico. En segundo lugar, se señalan una serie de características comunes que están presentes en este tipo de estudios. A continuación se abordan, de manera paralela, los límites y algunos de los debates que vienen teniendo lugar al respecto. Por último, se propone, a modo de ruta a explorar, un camino híbrido entre la Historia Social y la Historia Postsocial, como vía para superar los límites y los debates observados.
In this essay a variety of thoughts on the historiography relative to the world of work during Franco’s dictatorship is offered. First, we refer to its sociocultural and historiographical context. Second, a series of characteristics common to these types of studies will be emphasized. Next, the limits and some of the debates present in these studies will be approached in parallel. Finally, we propose a route to be explored as a hybrid between Social and Postsocial History in order to overcome the limits and debates encountered.
